Possible Delays to Customer Service Inquiries

Customers contacting the Albany Parking Authority’s Customer Service Department may see a delay in responses.

Please be aware that due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation we are currently short staffed in our Customer Service Department. As such, customers contacting us by phone might experience longer than normal hold times. Additionally, there may also be a delay in our response to your email inquiries and/or to the processing of new monthly parking passes.

Your inquiries are very important to us and we will do are best to replay to all of them in a timely manner.
