We are aware that this morning between 7:00am and 7:45am that some of our monthly pass holders experienced technical difficulties when entering our Downtown Parking Garages.

Please know that we are addressing these issues and monthly pass holders should now be able to enter or exit our garages as normal.

If you do experience an issue upon entering or exiting where the gate does not recognizing your monthly pass please use the “Assistance” button on the gate.
