Saturday, October 31st (Halloween) from 8:00am until 7:00pm

  • Lincoln Park Road (Lower Bowl).

Saturday, October 31st (Halloween) from 12:00pm until 6:00pm

  • Krank Street (Both Sides) from Seymore Street to First Avenue.
  • First Avenue (Both Sides) from Krank Street to Benjamin Street.
  • Anthony Street (Both Sides) from Colvin Avenue to the Dead End.
  • Hackett Boulevard (Both Sides) from Fleetwood Avenue to VanSchoick Avenue.
  • North First Street from (Both Sides) Jennings Drive to North Pearl Sreet.
  • Providence Street (Both Sides) from West Erie Street to Ryckman Avenue.
  • Washington Park Road (Both Sides) from Sprague Place to State Street. ;
  • Manning Boulevard (Both Sides) from Lark Street. to Arbor Hill Drive. ;
  • Bleecker Stadium, all parking lots and spaces.
