Please Be Aware: As of May 1st 2023, All ParkAlbany Parking Garages will be Cashless. Payment for parking at any of our 3 garages locations can be made with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) Apple Pay and Google Wallet.
ParkAlbany operates three parking garage locations in Downtown Albany - the Riverfront Garage, Green-Hudson Garage, and Quackenbush Garage. All of our garage entry/exit terminals accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover as well as Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Parking Permits for the Central Avenue Lots can be purchased for 24/7 parking or daytime only parking (7am-7pm) and are sold on a monthly basis. A Central Avenue Lot permit may be used at any of the 8 listed locations. Parking availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are a permit holder for Central Avenue lots, weekend parking is free unless otherwise noted.

Quackenbush Parking Lot
Located at 45 Montgomery St. behind Quackenbush Square, The Quackenbush Square Lot can be accessed by turning east on Spencer Street from Broadway then right on Montgomery Street, and then left into the lot.
