CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

October 18, 2018

We have been informed that the City’s Water Project will impact your ability to enter Orange Street from Water Street. Traffic entering the parking garage from Water Street will be detoured around the garage to Columbia Street, Broadway and then on to Orange Street. Traffic leaving the garage wishing to travel on I-787 southbound will be detoured westbound on Orange Street to Broadway, Columbia Street, and then on to Water Street. A lane of traffic into and out of the garage will be provided at all times during construction. The detour is scheduled to begin October 29, 2018 and is estimated to be ongoing for 2 months.
