The information you provide on this website is secure and your privacy is maintained. 

The Albany Parking Authority requests information from you (such as name, address, telephone number, email address, shipping, and credit card information) when you place an order online, over the phone or in person; when you establish an account with us; or, when you participate in any survey or other exercise where we ask for this or other information.  We maintain the data in a secure database.  Unless you place an order or otherwise provide us with specific information, we do not know your name or email address and we do not know nor monitor your browsing activity outside our site.

The information we collect is used to process and confirm your order, to communicate with you if there are any problems with your order, and to provide us with feedback on the usefulness of our site.  Periodically, the Albany Parking Authority may use the contact information to communicate with you.
